Chant (App. 3) penetrates the imitative texture at the beginning of textual phrases, but, at times, only with initial pitches (e.g., “regi-“ of “regina” in B, mm. 2 and 5 or “ora” in B, mm. 18 and S, m. 20 in 2.p.). On the other hand, chant motives extracted from the final “alleluia” appear in various voices of final section of the antiphon that constitutes more than half of the 2.p. Declamatory text setting prevails. Final F, b♭ signature.
