[C]-C1; [A]-C3; [T]-C4; [B]-F4. No evidence of chant. Textual phrases reflect a consistent homorhythmic texture within a clearly defined structural arrangement; each section concludes with either a breve or longa capped with a corona. A texture of independent voices prevails; however, homophony characterizes verse 5 (“Eya ergo…”) and the three concluding acclamations. Parallel fifths (T/B, m. 21) and octaves (C/T, mm. 51-2) suggests a composer with modest skills. A syllabic text setting defines the antiphon. Final a.

Salve, regina, mater misericordiae;

O clemens,

O pia,

O dulcis virgo Maria.
