Jean Crespel

Biography

Jean Crespel was a Flemish composer credited with about forty chansons (mostly for four voices) issued mainly in publications by Susato and Phalèse during the 1550’s. The piece published by Du Chemin in 1557 was previously issued by Waelrant in 1556.
